Hello everyone. I just wanted to share this quick card I made yesterday. I love the Cuddlebug line from Unity Stamp Co. This is a mini giraffe from that line. It's much smaller than the others but it is so cute.
Stamp the giraffe and color it with Copics. Trim the panel down with a double stitched die. This background was made some time ago and I've been saving it for the perfect image. Trim down the sides and wrap twine around it. Mat on card stock that has the edges inked with the same colors as the background. Attach to an A2 size card base.
These are the backgrounds I made some time ago. You need 3 shades of Distress Oxides in similar colors. Ink the background stamp with the lightest color and stamp as usual. Then you randomly smear the middle shade of ink over the background stamp and stamp over the light shade. Do the same with the darkest shade.
